$2,500 Hiring Bonus for qualified candidates paid half at 6 months and half at 12 months.

Job Purpose:
Improves customer comfort conditions by installing new and replacing existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in both residential and light commercial settings.

Duties:
  • Builds comfort systems by installing air handlers, condensing units, package equipment, duct work, refrigerant tubing, and related components; completes high and low voltage power connections.
  • System start up and commissioning including verifying refrigerant charge, cfm settings and temperature difference
  • Keeps tools and company vehicle operating by following operating instructions; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
  • Documents actions by completing equipment records and service orders.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

Skills/Qualifications:
HVAC Systems Installation, Equipment Maintenance, Basic Safety, Documentation Skills, Conceptual Skills, Power Tools, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Lifting, Job Knowledge, Productivity. EPA certification required. NATE certification a plus. Must have a valid driver's license with clean record. Must agree to background check and pre-employment drug screen.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 /hour
