Sam Jones - Realty ONE Group Dockside

Hi, my name is Sam Jones, and I've been living and working (and playing) in the Myrtle Beach area since 1997. Soon after moving to the beach I became a licensed agent, eventually obtaining my real estate BROKER license, as well. As for experience, most of my REALTOR years have been enjoyed working in the trenches alongside buyers and sellers, although along the way I did serve a stint as a Managing Broker overseeing an office of approximately 50 agents. I'm a past Chairman of the Professional Education Committee of our local Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors; a graduate of the association's Leadership Program; and a proud recipient of their prestigious REALTOR IMAGE AWARD. As for formal education, I have a BSBA from the University of Southern Mississippi, where I majored in accounting.
