Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union Receives Best Places to Work

July 5, 2018 – Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. This thirteenth annual program was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.
This award was designed to recognize 75 employers within the state of South Carolina that benefit the state's economy and workforce.
Carolina Trust President/CEO, Tim Carlisle, said, “Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union is honored to have been named as one of this year’s Best Places to Work in South Carolina.”
Participating businesses were evaluated on the company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The employees of each nominated business were invited to participate in a survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.

“We are excited to attend the recognition dinner, and regardless of our ranking, we are thrilled to be in the company of such employee-friendly businesses,” explained Carlisle.
“This designation will be received on behalf of all our employees across seven branches who provided survey feedback and truly make this a great place to come to work,” Carlisle added.
Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, providing financial services to residents and business owners since their inception as Myrtle Beach Air Force Base Federal Credit Union in 1958.
