Event Description:
The Loris High School DECA Business and Marketing Club is holding a fundraising spaghetti dinner on Tuesday, November 27th prior to the Loris vs. Green Sea Floyds varsity basketball game.
How you can help? The DECA Club is in need of donations to serve 300 plates to include: spaghetti, salad, breadsticks, and a beverage. Items needed are listed below:
90 lbs - Ground beef (lean)
80 - Large (1 lb) jars of spaghetti sauce
20 – Large cans of tomatoes
40 – 2 lb boxes of thin spaghetti
1 – Large EACH: dried oregano, parsley, and garlic salt
20 – EACH whole bell peppers and onions
60 lbs – Shredded cheese
Lettuce – romaine, iceberg, spinach
75 bags of prepared salad mix or
50 heads of iceberg
Or any combination
50 - Cucumbers
40 packs - Tomatoes (grape or cherry preferred)
12 – large bottles EACH:
Ranch, italian, and honey mustard
50 - Loaves italian/french bread
15 gallons - Lemonade
30 gallons - Tea
10 gallons - water
300 - Utensil Packets
300 - Styrofoam Cups
150 - To-go Plates
200 – heavy duty/Styrofoam sectioned plates
300 – Napkins
Disposable/aluminum cooking pans, choice of:
-2 - 13"x 9"x 2" baking pans OR
-8 - 12" x 20" x 4" pans
