Women in War, Wednesday, November 6 at Noon.
In recognition of Veterans Day, the Museum welcomes Katherine Jenerette to the monthly lunch series. Captain Jenerette will share experiences from her most recent combat tour of duty in Afghanistan. Jenerette was awarded the Purple Heart after being wounded in a blast while conducting combat operations on a mounted patrol to a forward operating base when Taliban insurgents attached it with an 82mm rocilless rifle.
Bring a bag lunch or a dish to share. Water and paper products provided.
