Event Description:
This course is designed for students who desire an occupation in the food service industry and for those who are presently employed within the food service industry. Emphasis will be placed on the following areas in the food service industry: attitude development; sanitation and safety; food service terminology and procedure; tools and equipment; and basic food preparation. The student will have an additional fee for the final exam. This fee will be required at the time the student take the exam during the final class.  Fee must be paid with a credit card.
