Event Description:
Help the Ocean Isle Museum Foundation, Inc. celebrate 20 years of natural science and environmental education by attending a Wine Fest fundraiser on April 28. Proceeds from the Wine Fest will be used to refurbish the Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. The Wine Fest features 16 different wines provided by the Yadkin Valley Wine Growers Association. The Yadkin Valley is rapidly gaining a reputation for its high-quality grapes and award-winning wines. Enjoy yummy treats provided by 3 local restaurants. There will also be a silent and a live auction with some wonderful items to bid on. This is a "black tie optional" event that offers the opportunity to enjoy great wine, wonderful food, and a chance to support two great local attractions: the Museum and Planetarium.
