Hi, I'm Amy Chavis, a full-time Realtor® with eXp Realty, licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

For the past eight years, I've helped buyers, sellers, retirees, and families navigate the Grand Strand real estate market with confidence. Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in Human Services, including 13 years in nonprofit leadership. My background in Social Work and Management & Leadership helps me guide clients through major life transitions with communication, education, advocacy, and strong negotiation skills.

I believe real estate is about more than contracts and closings. It's about people, relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions. That's why I focus on listening first, communicating often, and guiding my clients every step of the way.

As a military spouse, military mom, community advocate, and local business owner, I'm deeply invested in the Grand Strand community. I also co-host Coastal Legacy Connections, a networking and educational group serving retirees and older adults in the community..
